Process & Shipping time
Fast Delivery Items:
- Free Shipping: Arrival within 1-2 weeks.
- Expedited Shipping: Arrival within 1 week.
Non-Fast Delivery Items:
- Free Shipping: Arrival within 6-8 weeks. Note that it can take 5-6 weeks for the product to arrive in the U.S. before the tracking number is updated.
- Expedited Shipping: Arrival within 3-4 weeks.
Note: Inventory for fast-delivery items is dynamic. To ensure your order is processed as fast delivery, include a note stating “FAST-DELIVERY only” in the customer note section or email us within 24 hours after placing your order.

Free shipping?
Note: If a package is returned to us due to the recipient’s failure to receive it or refusal to cooperate with the shipping company, the shipping cost will be charged. This can be quite costly, up to several hundred dollars.

Products will be shipped from our U.S. or overseas warehouse, depending on availability.
What if there is shipping damage?
Report any shipping damage within 48 hours. Shipping companies only accept damage claims within one week of delivery. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, you will be responsible for the costs related to the damage.
When will my order arrive?
- Fast Delivery Items: Typically delivered in 1-2 weeks with free shipping.
- Non-Fast Delivery Items: Typically delivered in 6-8 weeks with free shipping (includes processing time).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the USA, China, Canada, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the UK mainland, and Europe. If your region is not listed, contact our Customer Support at [email protected].
International shipping?
Enter your international shipping address at checkout. The system will automatically calculate the cost and time. For additional help, contact us at [email protected].
Work with Customs for clearance.
If products are shipped from overseas, you may need to contact Customs to provide information and pay import taxes. This is beyond our control. Only the recipient can handle customs clearance. If you refuse to work with Customs and the package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us before submitting any information to Customs.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped. You can track the package using the logistics company’s tracking tool.
Missing Packages
If you cannot find your package despite the tracking info showing it as delivered, do not worry. Contact us within 30 days. After this period, package loss claims cannot be filed with the shipping agent.
Possible Scenarios:
- The package delivery is delayed by 1 or 2 business days.
- The package might be with your neighbors.
- The package could indeed be lost. If you have waited for 2 business days and checked with your neighbors but still cannot find the package, contact us at [email protected]. Also, inform the shipping agent and file a package loss claim with the tracking number. Send us the claim number so we can follow up. Once verified, we will resend the product or issue a refund. Customers will be responsible for the loss if they refuse to cooperate.
